DELIVERY TIMES & RETURNS POLICY
All our orders are shipped with either DPD or Royal Mail. We offer next working day delivery service on nearly all our stock items. Sometimes orders placed later in the day will not be shipped until the next working day to reach you the day after. Orders over £50 will be shipped either First Class or Interlink Express depending on the weight of item. Orders below £50 will be shipped using Second Class service.
Please note that you may be liable for import TAX when you receive the item in your destination, this may be different for different locations (as a guide the UK VAT rate is 20% ). It is important that you understand and budget for any import taxes that you may have to pay. eXtreme Kite Shop cannot be held responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs office. If eXtreme Kite Shop send an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges you will receive the full refund for the item when it is returned to eXtreme Kite Shop minus the total shipping and returns costs.
Our products should meet or exceed your expectations. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day “no quibble” guarantee. Our “no quibble” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, complete unused, with its original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note: we can only guarantee a full refund of used items if they are faulty. Any duplicatable products such as Videos or DVDs can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Please see our exchange policy for used products you are not entirely satisfied with.
