Shipping and Delivery
We offer free Delivery on most items. Some products have extra delivery charge and it is stated clearly under shipping costs of each item. There is no extra or hidden fee on our items.
All our orders are shipped with either Parcel Force or Royal Mail. We offer next working day delivery on nearly all our stock items. Sometimes orders placed later in the day will not be shipped until the next working day to reach you the day after.
We do not offer weekend deliveries. If you place an order with us on Friday before 4pm your product will be with you on the following Monday. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will not be delivered until Wednesday.
Occassionally we run out of stock on certain items, where this occurs we will e-mail you with an estimate of the expected delivery date and will ask you to confirm that this is acceptable and give you the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish.
For the security of your purchases all deliveries must be signed for and for this reason we are quite happy to ship to your place of work. We offer on-line tracking of all our orders via our partners Parcel Force and Royal Mail.
Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. In the unlikely event that problems occur with the delivery of your order, please e-mail us or call us on 01905 764820 - we are always happy to try to help.

Returns and Refunds
Our products should meet or exceed your expectations. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day "no quibble" guarantee. Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days of the date you received the item, unused and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note: we can only guarantee a full refund of used items if they are faulty. Any duplicatable products such as Videos or DVDs can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Please see our exchange policy for used products you are not entirely satisfied with.

We want you to have the right kit for you so that you can safely get the best out of yourself and the sport. To this end we offer a "try before you buy" policy at our superb centre near Worcester.
For internet and telephone orders it is not always possible to do this, so if after trying any product you purchase from us you decide it is not completely right for you we are usually happy to exchange your purchase for a more suitable alternative.
Please note we may have to deduct for "wear and tear" from the value of any products exchanged after use and all exchages are at our sole discretion.
